Request a return within 14 days

Aldestore offers a voluntary 14-day return window: you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. This is Aldestore's own return policy.

Send your request before the 14 days expire, then ship the item back within 14 days of our confirmation.

How to request a return

• Email hello@aldestore.se with your order number and the items you wish to return.
• Or copy the return request form below into an email and send it to us.
• Wait for our confirmation with return instructions, then ship the parcel with a tracked service.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exceptions and conditions

Some items are excluded, for example sealed products where the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons, digital content once opened, and personalised or custom-ordered products. For eligible returns, inspect or test the item only as reasonably necessary, return all included accessories and parts, and include the original packaging where reasonably possible.
