What we collect
When you place an order, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or use our website, we may process information such as your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if provided, order and payment-related information, IP address, device and browser information, cookie and consent data, and customer service correspondence. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by Aldestore. Where you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, we may also process online identifiers and information about how you interact with our website.

To process and deliver your order, to answer customer service enquiries, to send a newsletter if you signed up, to comply with legal and accounting obligations, and — with your cookie consent — to measure and improve how the site is used and to measure advertising.

Shopify (store platform, checkout and order data), the payment providers available to you at checkout, shipping and logistics partners and their carriers, our email and customer service tools, our hosting and database provider for the site and newsletter, and analytics and advertising providers where you have consented (Microsoft Clarity for analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement, and Google services in connection with product listings and advertising).
