Delivery time

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Delivery normally takes 7–15 business days depending on the address.

In some cases delivery may take longer due to high load at carriers, customs handling, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or other external parties, but we always do our best to help you track your shipment and keep you informed.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. We offer tracked delivery on all orders.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery all the way to your door.

Delayed or missing delivery

If your order has not arrived within 15 days – contact our customer service at hello@aldestore.se and we will help you right away.
