Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Transit / delivery time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 7–15 business days.

Carrier delays, peak periods, customs handling for items shipped from abroad or an incorrect address can occasionally extend delivery.

Where we ship

Aldestore currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Delivery availability for your exact address is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping within the United States.

Any express option, if offered, is priced at checkout before you pay.

Sales tax

Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and our tax obligations.

If a carrier asks you for an unexpected payment before delivery, contact hello@aldestore.se before paying so we can investigate.

Fulfilment partners

Some products are fulfilled through external suppliers and logistics partners and may be dispatched from outside the United States. Dispatch origin can vary by product. Aldestore remains responsible for your order, payment and customer service.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery all the way to your door.
