1. General

These terms apply when shopping at Aldestore. By placing an order you accept the terms.

All prices include VAT. Payment is made securely via Shopify checkout with the payment methods shown there.

Orders are packed within 1–3 days and delivery normally takes 7–15 days.

14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer distance selling legislation.

The right to complain is 3 years under consumer purchase legislation. Contact us if something is wrong.

We process your data in accordance with GDPR.

In case of a dispute we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
