Right of withdrawal
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The period starts the day you or someone you appoint receives the last item in the order.
Notify us before the 14 days expire, then send the item back within 14 days of your notice.
How to withdraw
- Email hello@aldestore.se with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Or copy the withdrawal form below into an email and send it to us.
- Wait for our confirmation with return instructions, then ship the parcel with a tracked service.
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, including the standard delivery cost you paid.

Exceptions and conditions
Some items are excluded, for example sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken, and made-to-measure or personalised garments. Items must be unworn with labels attached. Full details are in our return policy.
